In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA), this portal allows POSEHANUM users to permanently request deletion of their account, cloud bookmarks, and associated personal records.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Firebase Auth Account: Your authentication profile, email, and user ID are permanently purged.
Cloud Favorites & Sync: All bookmarked poses and synchronized custom pose metadata are deleted.
On-Device Data: If POSEHANUM is still installed on your device, we recommend deleting data in-app via Settings → Privacy → Delete Account & All Data to simultaneously wipe local storage partitions.
Processing Timeline: Web requests are processed across our systems within 48 to 72 hours.
